About...

PWC Rails were created by Steve Divnick in 2016 as a solution to longer and longer PWC's that the old-fashioned rails allowed to drag in the water.

Divnick is a manufacturer and inventor with patents in a variety of product categories shown on www.divnick.com. As an avid house boater for many years, he observed the problems with traditional hoists and ramp systems. The hoists were too slow and dangerous. The ramps were too steep to accommodate the longer modern PWC's. They encroached up onto the rear deck where they crowded the available space. They blocked usage of the swim platform. They made it more dangerous to maneuver in tight spaces and around gas docks because they were sticking out the back of the houseboat.

So he designed heavier duty Rails to mount on the swim platform and extend out over the water which opens up the rear deck space. This also allows the Rails to be at a more gradual angle so the thrusters and steering mechanisms do not drag in the water and get stained and contaminated. To solve the issue of the Rails sticking out the back of the houseboat, he disigned them with the "Tilt-Up" feature which had never been done in the industry before. This also frees up the swim platform and makes it more usable for swimming, fishing, and for docking smaller boats for easier loading and unloading.

The combination of design, function, and durability are so effective that houseboat manufacturers now install our PWC Rails on their new houseboats.

Rocky Carter has worked in the houseboat industry for many years and has sold and installed many of these PWC Rails on his customer's houseboats. He is in charge of the sales and service for the company.
